Changing the way people think about headhunting.

Clutch is a new startup in the HR world where the rapidity of tech comes in support of human talent. To best capture their ambition and way of thinking we developed a fresh, new visual identity, unlike the HR world has seen before.

Starting from the name, borrowed from the sports term "clutch time" (a.k.a. giving your all in decisive moments with game changing-results) we developed a payoff that sums up the startup’s vision:

to be ready to hunt for talent and connect it to the right people, quickly.

Making work, work.

The crucial importance of time is also reflected in the entire visual identity, summarized in the logo through a parallelism with the hands of a clock. Moreover, this is further developed in the work dedicated to web design and social, where the conical space present between the individual hands becomes real graphic elements in the form of rays and patterns.
